Aqua J400

Remet UK Ltd’s Aqua J 400 is a high quality jewellery wax intended for the production of small, finely detailed wax patterns. It is designed for use in the small, air pressurised melting/injection pots commonly used in the jewellery trade. Aqua J 400 has physical properties ideally suited for the production of patterns from silicone rubber moulds. Its low melt viscosity ensures that it fills even the most intricate details, giving very accurate reproduction of the mould cavity. It has a quick set-off, enabling rapid production rates, but retains enough flexibility to allow the waxes to be safely removed from awkward moulds. It has a low ash content and will not contaminate the mould cavity when burnt out. The material is supplied slabbed and pastillated (pellet) form. Recommended Injection Temperature: 65 – 70°C
